Return & Refund

  • Return requests is to be placed within 7 Days of product delivery.
  • Customers can go to their Order Detail page from My Account section and can place Return Request. The Return request button will only be available for 7 days after the Product gets delivered.
  • If you’re facing any Difficulties in requesting Refund or Return you can either contact us on our care number+91 9998088533 between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week.
  • In case of return you’ll get full refund via the payment link we’ll share with you. You can redeem your refund either with UPI or Nonbanking.
  • Customers will be allowed to initiate Return/Exchange free of charge only once; however, any subsequent returns/Exchange will incur an additional fee of ₹200.

Cancellation

  • A customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order & not beyond 24 hours
  • In case of cancellation and the order Placed is Prepaid, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in customer’s account from the date of cancellation

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days .

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at latudifashion@gmail.com
